Rick is a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the esteemed Clinical Director of FamLee First Clinical Services, a premier group practice renowned for delivering exceptional psychotherapy and consulting services. Building on the legacy of his aunt, Amelia Lee, LCSW-QS, a trailblazing figure in clinical social work—Rick leads with a dedication to excellence. The practice offers virtual sessions statewide in Florida and in-person appointments at the sophisticated West Palm Beach office, catering to professionals, healthcare workers, and individuals seeking highly confidential, premium-quality care. With a scarce number of in-person appointments tailored for working class professionals, Rick includes evening availability and select weekend openings to accommodate the demanding schedules of his majority clients, which comprises working professionals and healthcare workers.

Currently based in West Palm Beach, Rick holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida, grounding him in evidence-based practices. His extensive background includes over a decade of diverse experience, notably five years in inpatient care and emergency room work at the largest hospital in the U.S. (by bedsize), where he honed his ability to empathize with healthcare workers navigating high-stress environments. Additionally, Rick has held professional roles focused on chasing metrics and managing intense workloads, allowing him to deeply relate to the pressures faced by today’s professionals.

Rick’s therapeutic style is empowering, direct, and engaging, with a unique goal of working himself out of a job by equipping clients with tools for self-empowerment.
